How can I reset my charge point(s) using Remote Charge Point Control?
- Log in to your account on account.shellrecharge.com .
- Go to your dashboard.
- Select the tab 'charge points'. You can reset your charge point using the options button. Bear in mind that resetting the charge point will stop all active charge sessions on this charge point. This means that all vehicles connected to this charge point will stop charging. The terminated charge sessions must be restarted manually.
