When can I reach Shell Recharge Solutions?
We provide 24/7 emergency phone support for technical queries. Technical queries include technical problems or malfunctions at a private or public charge point, in the app or charge card. You can reach our sales, installation, finance, and customer service departments by phone on weekdays from 09:00 - 17:30.

Who can I call when a public charge point isn’t working?
When a public charge point doesn’t work, please call the operator of that charge point. The contact information can be found on the charge point and is also available on our Shell Recharge app. While we want to help you, we cannot remotely operate charge points from other charge point operators.
