My card is on its way, can I still charge in the mean time?
We are currently unable to fulfil orders for new charge cards. There’s no timeline at present for when this will be back up and running. If you’ve lost your card, make sure to block it in the app. You can do that by clicking on the card in question, go to “issues with my card” and then “block card”. In the meantime, the quickest and most convenient way to pay for your Shell Recharge sessions is by tapping your contactless bank card on the charger. We accept all major credit cards, except for American Express.
