Can I block my lost card?
We understand that having lost your charge card is an unfortunate situation. But no worries, we'll make sure you will be able to charge again soon. You can block your card in the Shell Recharge app with the following steps: 1. Go to Account 2. Click on Card and choose one 3. Click on Issues with card 4. And click on Block card. This way, no one else will be able to use your lost charge card. Next, you can order a new charge card by going to Account > Charge card.
