Do I need to be present during the installation?
Yes, our installation partner needs access to the fuse box in your home, as well as the entire cable path between the fuse box and future charge point location. The installer will need to check the installation details with you at the start of the installation and provide you with a quick demonstration at the end. You will also be asked to sign-off the work. We, therefore, need you to be present at least for the start and end of the installation and to be easily reachable for the duration of the installation.
