I am a lease driver; how can I get reimbursed for my charging costs?
Before you begin
To set up automatic reimbursement for home charging, you must have added and activated your charge point. Have you not yet done so? Then follow the step-by-step plan for activating your charge point.
Step-by-step plan
1. Log in to My Account: Have you never logged in before? Then follow the step-by-step plan to activate the charge point.
2. Navigate to Charging points in the menu: Click on Settings next to the charge point in question.
3. Link your charge card to the charge point in step 5.
4.Set the fee for electricity costs: Next to your charge card, open the Reimbursed electricity costs slider.
5.Enter your electricity rate: Get the electricity rate from your energy supplier and enter it. If you use day and night electricity, take the average of these amounts.
6.Account number: Enter here the account number to which you want your charge fee refunded. Select your account number or choose New bank account, enter your details and click save and continue.
7.Confirm your settings: Check and confirm all the following settings and as a final step click on confirm & save to complete the configuration.
Do you still want to adjust settings later? Then navigate to Charging stations in the menu and click on Settings at the respective charging point.
