System migration
- What sort of accounts could not be migrated?
- I have different credentials for other Shell services. Which one do I use from now on?

What will change?
Your experience using the Shell Recharge app for charging your vehicle will remain the same.
However, in Czech Republic (Or Czechia), the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, France, German, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia, it will after the migration be easier to log in to other Shell services, as you can now use your Shell Recharge credentials (username and password) to log in to both accounts.
Finally, after the migration, you will receive emails with email id: ‘do-not-reply@shell.com’ instead of noreply@shellrecharge.com.
