How can I request a new charge card with the Shell Recharge app?
We are currently unable to fulfil orders for new charge cards. There’s no timeline at present for when this will be back up and running, so in the meantime the quickest and most convenient way to pay for your Shell Recharge sessions is by tapping your contactless bank card on the charger. We accept all major credit cards, except for American Express.
