If you have a Plus subscription (and your serial number doesn’t start with “01”, “02”, “05” or “06”) but you cannot select the AutoCharge function in your Shell Recharge account, contact our customer service team at customerservice@shellrecharge.com.
When you have a Connect charge point (with a serial number starting with “05…” or “06…”) you don’t have to configure AutoCharge as it’s the default setting.
