- For which cards do the flat rates apply?
- What should I do if I do not have a charge card from my leasing company (yet) and want to request a reimbursement through my employer?
- Where can I see what the estimated charging costs are?
- Which charge card should I use?
- I have multiple charge cards in my account, will I have different invoices for each charge card?
- When do I get billed for the charge I have used?
When do I get billed for the charge I have used?
You can of course pay-as-you-go with a contactless card for the charge that you use.
However, to make the experience as seamless as possible, we recommend that you download and use the Shell Recharge app for your charging. This way, you do not need to worry about payment every time you plug in. Rather, you will just receive one bill per month for charging your EV.
You will receive the consolidated invoice towards the end of the billing cycle. This will be charged to the payment method that is registered to your account.
