Activation and onboarding is easy with Connect by Shell Recharge. Once you have downloaded the app, you will be prompted to activate your charge point by adding the ID-CODE. You can find this on the pamphlet that is in the box. Once you have activated it, you can connect your charge point to Bluetooth. Stand close to your charge point whilst you enable the connection. Once synced, you can manage your charging preferences through the app using the Bluetooth connection.

Your charge point ID code number is on the flyer that came with your charge point. If you could not find it, please contact us, and we will be happy to help.
Yes, the Connect comes with a fully integrated app, meaning you can view your charging history and insights for up to two months. You can also remotely start and stop charges via the Bluetooth enabled app.
The Connect is connected to the app via Bluetooth. For optimal performance, we recommend using one device at a time to control the charge point.
Visit Google Play or App store, or scan the QR code that you were provided with upon installation.
To get the best experience from your Connect, we recommend that you only pair it to one mobile device at a time. When you connect two devices, it can interfere with the Bluetooth connection.
Connect by Shell Recharge allows you to start and stop charging, manually schedule charge sessions, manage your charge cards and set access preferences.
Connect by Shell Recharge is currently only available for your home charging. For public charging, please use our Shell Recharge app.
