Preparation

Shell Recharge charge points are OCPP compliant. OCPP is a communication standard that ensures the charge points can be configured to run any similarly OCPP compliant software. This ensures the charge points are easily connected to other providers, allowing you to switch providers if you wish to do so.
Most installations can be completed in one to two days depending on specific situations and complexity. We should be able to give you a better indication of how long it will take once the site survey has been completed.
Shell Recharge charge points are developed in-house and rigorously tested. Engineers monitor charge points continuously, and use regular remote firmware updates to improve them. In the unlikely case that one of your charge points is not working, our customer service is at the ready to assess the situation and intervene remotely.

Our online platform Business Hub provides a complete overview of your EV infrastructure, visualised in clear dashboards that you can easily personalise with key indicators of your preference.
