What do the LED colours on the charge point mean?
For the Connect, Advanced and Business Pro & Lite charge points:
For the Terra AC charge point:

- None – the charge point is not being used and is available for charging.
- Solid Yellow - the charge point is waiting for the driver to take action, either to connect your car with the charge point, plug the cable or to swipe your charge card
- Flashing Green - The authorisation (from for instance a charge card) is accepted
- Solid Blue – An EV is connected and charging
- Solid Green – An EV is connected and fully charged, or scheduled to be charged
- Flashing Yellow - The charge point is rebooting or a software update is in progress
- Flashing Red - The charge card is not accepted
- Solid Red – an error has occurred. Please see the troubleshooting FAQ for the Advanced charge points and troubleshooting FAQ for the Connect charge points when the problem persists.

For the Terra AC charge point:
- None – the charge point is not being used and is available for charging
- Car Icon & Flashing Green LED - An EV is connected and charging
- Car Icon & Solid Green LED - An EV is connected and fully charged
- Plug Icon & Flashing Green LED - An EV is connected, but not charging. The charge point is waiting for the driver to take action, either to connect your car with the charge point, plug the cable or to swipe your charge card
- Plug Icon & Solid Green LED - The charge point is authorized via a valid charge card
- Globe Icon & Flashing Green LED - The charge point is connecting to the internet
- Globe Icon & Solid Green LED - The charge point is connected to the internet and Shell Recharge's back office
- Power Icon & Flashing Green LED - The charge point is rebooting / starting up
- Warning Icon & Red Solid LED - The charge point is in an error state
- Note: If a charge card is rejected, there is no difference in LED behaviour. Instead, a card with an "X" in it is shown on the screen of the Terra AC charge point, which means that an invalid card is being used.
