Installer Training Academy

All Shell Recharge Solutions certified installers are trained via the online Installer Training Academy before installations take place. The Training Academy will equip you to complete a successful installation for the product type being installed.

You will learn assessment-based. This means that you learn by answering questions. You don't need to know anything before you start. Don't worry. It is not a test. And making mistakes is no problem at all. Whether you answered right or wrong, you always get feedback on your answer. This is how you learn during the drill. The app is adaptive and adjusts to your level and pace. So topics you find difficult will return more often. This means that questions are repeated from time to time. Things you have already mastered will return less often. This way you learn quickly and efficiently, and you will have your required knowledge level in no time!
