Email Notifications
How do I switch on e-mail notifications in my Shell Recharge account?
It is possible to get email notifications about the status of charge points, you can activate this by following the instructions below.
- Log in to your account on account.shellrecharge.com
- Go to your dashboard. You can find this on the top navigation.
- Move the 'E-mail Notifications' sliding button to the right. You can find this at the bottom of your screen.
- Once green, simply enter the e-mail address where notifications need to be sent to.
