What is the process for getting a charge point installed?
Once you have filled out the form you will have a few actions to take:
1. Complete our online installation survey
Through this survey, we try to capture the kind of electricity supply you have, the best location to install a charge point in your home and any additional information. This information will help us determine your exact needs and tailor a more accurate quote. Please answer all the questions to the best of your ability and ensure any photos you upload are clear. If you prefer to continue the survey at a later time, ensure to click "save and continue" to save all your answers.
2. Offer a personalised quote
After you have completed the online installation survey, one of our experts will review the information. Then, you can expect an email from us where we will confirm your submission and reach out if we have questions on your survey response. After this, we aim to send a tailor-made quote over to you in 4 weeks.
3. You accept our quote
The quote will be sent over to you. We kindly ask that you review it and if you’re happy go ahead and approve it.
4. Plan your installation
After you accept our final quote, we will ship your charge card and our highly skilled and certified installation partner will be in touch to plan your charge point installation.
5. Get ready to charge into the future
The most exciting part! This is the main purpose of getting this far, charge your EV and drive into a greener future. We will guide you through this, helping you with the setup and preparing you to start your first charge.
