Get the most out of your home charging point with the Plus subscription. Subscription smart charging services make charging at home even easier and more transparent. A subscription is required for the Advanced model and not yet available for the Connect charge point.

We offer monthly subscriptions as standard, but you can also take out a prepaid subscription on request. For monthly subscriptions, you will receive an invoice by email every 12th of the month during the term of the subscription. With a prepaid subscription, the amount for the selected prepaid period is added to the invoice of the charge point and the installation.
A subscription is valid for a minimum of one month, from the date it is activated or otherwise accepted. After this, it will automatically renew for an indefinite period until you cancel. Prepaid subscriptions end on the end date of that period, unless you renew the subscription.
Ending your subscription
You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime in your account , or by sending an email to email@example.com. State your name, address, post code, place of residence and the desired cancellation date. After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the 15th day of the month. Prepaid subscriptions cannot be canceled.
