Reduce the cost of electric vehicle (EV) charging with Shell Recharge Solutions through the Delmarva Power Maryland EVsmart incentive program.

This program is aimed to support the installation of approximately 50 Level 2 multi-unit dwellings, including make-ready that will be utility owned and operated. This incentive is eligible for multiunit dwellings only.

For eligibility, you must be an active Delmarva Power residential customer and have purchased and installed an eligible Level 2 smart charger after July 1, 2019. You must have secure home Wi-Fi to operate your smart charger. Additionally, Delmarva Power must be able to access customer EV charging data.
