Shell Recharge account
When you buy a charge point for the first time, you can organise the configuration by setting up, account.shellrecharge.com. Click on register here and fill in your details. Afterwards you will receive an email with a link, when clicking on that you will be able to activate your account by setting up a password.
Visit this page to learn how to find and add the serial number of your charge point to your personal account.
If you have forgotten your password, you can obtain a new one by requesting a reset link. You can find this option by clicking on the triangle next to the login button.
Any issues obtaining this link? No problem! Please contact customer support at customerservice@shellrecharge.com and they will happily send the reset link manually.
You can view and download your invoices and reimbursement overviews online in your Shell Recharge account, starting from December 2019. To see them, log in to account.shellrecharge.com and navigate in the top menu to Billing > Invoices, shown by the piggy bank icon.
For your convenience, you will keep receiving your invoices and reimbursement overviews by email as well. Documents older than December 2019 should be available in your email inbox. If you cannot find them, you can send a request to Customer Care.
To activate the Shell Recharge card download the Shell Recharge app and follow the activation instructions for your charge card.
