Why am I receiving separate invoices?
You receive separate invoices if you have completed any charge sessions outside your country of residence. For the separate invoices, the country-specific VAT percentage applies. The amount of the separate invoices is combined into one payment statement. This means that the total amount will be debited in one go by your local Shell Recharge office. If you are a corporate customer and you have completed charge sessions in several countries, you will receive a payment statement as well as the separate invoices for each country in which charge sessions took place. The VAT percentage of each country is specified on the separate invoices.
