When and how will I be invoiced?
You will receive credit notes around the 17th of the following month, and invoices on the 18th of the month. For example, if you charge in July you will get the invoice in August. In some cases, it is also possible that your invoices or credit notes arrive a few days later. Invoices will be emailed and uploaded to your online account and the Shell Recharge app.
