Moreover, there is a toolkit available with additional information on the next steps and materials. The rebranding will not have any impact on our charge points already out in the field nor will it affect the functionality of our products.
Yes, your Local Operations contacts will remain the same. Your local Account Manager contact remains the same. Office addresses remain as well. - Email addresses will change to @shellrecharge.com. The switch will be seamless for you and any emails sent to the previous @newmotion.com address will still be received in the interim.
The look and feel of some of our products and customer touchpoints has changed. In terms of functionality or customer journey, the new branding will have no impact.
As Shell Recharge Solutions, we aim to offer a seamless brand experience across our global charging offering. As a partner, you will benefit from a simplified EV charging offering and access to a broader range of services across the brand portfolio.
If you use NewMotion marketing collateral, you can request the updated marketing collateral from your Key Account Manager at Shell Recharge Solutions as well as our new Brand Guidelines to update any logos you might use on your own touchpoints. Please make sure any links to our website are updated accordingly.

Together with Shell Recharge’s rapid public charging network, this will create a simpler EV charging offering. By combining knowledge across Shell’s EV charging businesses, we will be best placed to deliver new and improved solutions at a faster rate.
